Patrick Johnson (PJ) is a Senior Analyst at the commercial real estate powerhouse Berkadia. He brings extensive knowledge from the financial services industry with involvement in emerging markets, mortgage banking, securities, bonds, and more. Prior to his current position, he gained valuable experience at Citi and Jefferies, as well as playing a pivotal role in launching a new hedge fund. PJ graduated from the University of Buffalo and obtained his MBA from the University of Miami.

Trey is a Senior Accounting Manager at Renuity. With cross industry knowledge, stemming from his previous experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Carnival Corporation, Trey brings a valuable high-level perspective to his team. Trey has a Masters in Taxation (MST) and CPA. Trey’s goal is to become a CFO.

A Senior Financial Analyst focusing on forecasting and reporting Small Cell Node deployment installations and the associated capital expenditures. His work supports several functional groups to inform operational decision-making, drive strategic planning, and develop investor relations materials.

An experienced CRE Analyst with a passion for both sustainable energy and identifying affordable solutions for real estate owners across the country. His specialization in C-PACE lending has been leveraged to bridge capital gaps for clients on a wide array of projects while also driving green initiatives across both local and state mandates.

An MBA graduate from the University of Miami, focusing in Capital Markets, Commercial Real Estate Development, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Sales, and Finance. He has extensive experience and background in Supply Chain and Operations. He also interned at Newmark Knight Frank, working in Capital Markets – Multifamily and Investment Sales. Alexander currently works full time as an Investment Associate at Franklin Street specializing in the investment sales of commercial office and retail properties. He closed over $60 million in CRE transactions.
